I know her since September 2021. She started work as a learning support assistant in my class - of students with profound learning difficulties. She is supporting with learning, teaching and personal care. She is a hard worker! She bonds with the children - she understands their needs, follows instructions, supports new team members. She is very professional, punctual. Also creative - into fine arts and creative arts. She is supporting school special events and days. I would totally love her to be the nanny of my children. She is an amazing professional - sweet and caring too, and a great personality.

I've known her for many years, and she looked after my children - sometimes for a couple of days. She is amazing, and the kids love her. They won't stay with anybody unless they like and love her. She is very open-minded, flexible. She is very much fun to be with and has lots of suggestions and positive solutions in whatever environment. She does not complain - she gets on with it. I saw how brilliantly she looked after my kids and other kids during playdates, so I asked to work with me in the school - and the school loves her too, so that speaks for itself. It's rare to find people like Miglena.
