I work as a room manager in a baby room (6 months- 2 years) and Aline worked as our housekeeper for 5 months. Aline was able to support me in the room by showing care to the children when they are upset and settling, during play and learning experiences she was able to join with enthusiasm and interest. She showed support during fire drills and evacuations, and during meal times she was always helpful and supportive with the babies. Aline is extremely kind, passionate, hardworking and professional, she builds strong relationships with team members and parents. She follows policies and procedures when she supported us in the rooms with the children.

Aline worked for a friend of mine and was recommended to me. I've known her for 6 years. She started working with us when my son was 3. When he was younger, Aline looked after him from morning to evening a few days per week, including meals, bath time, cooking, tidying up, taking him to the playground etc. Now, my son is 9 years old and she still does the occasional babysitting for us. He is fond of her and especially enjoys her cooking. She is honest, kind, and fair. She doesn't let kids take advantage of her, and expresses a good measure of being both kind and fair. She doesn't just do things to please kids, which is something I like. Very responsible, clean and always on time and her food is amazing. She is very capable, takes initiative and responsibility and does not need micro-managing.

Aline started as our housekeeper 8 years ago, and became the nanny to our two kids when they were born. . She did everything from preparing meals and tidying up the house, to taking them to classes, play dates, meal time, bath time etc. She is a very warm caring and kind person. Very dependable. Great with the kids, and genuinely cares for them. She is like part of the family. I absolutely recommend her!
