She is an extremely caring person, very helpful - and very compassionate and dedicated. She is a natural in the classroom environment. She is very honest and trustworthy, She is always punctual and available. She is proactive and can think outside of the box, so she really knows exactly what to do. I've known Chantel for 11 years. She was my teaching assistant for a number of years. Absolutely I would recommend her for childcare - whoever gets her is very lucky.
I've known Chantel since 2012. She looked after my son, who has complex special needs. She is absolutely amazing! The way she comes across and puts background/study speciality into practice - she just knows exactly how to overcome issues and what to do in a lot of situations. My son took to her like a duck to water. She is also very good at doing tasks with children, getting children to engage, and I couldn't have asked for somebody better. She is currently a trainee nurse, and was a teaching assistant at a school. I'd absolutely recommend her - she has the right qualities to bring meaning to the children's lives

“I just wanted to let you know how incredibly pleased we were with Chantel, who looked after our son for us while we were staying at The Savoy. From the very beginning she was fantastic. She was always early, incredibly professional, warm and friendly, and immediately made both myself and my husband feel completely at ease. Leaving Rowan with somebody new was something we were understandably a little nervous about, but Chantel very quickly took all of that worry away. Most importantly, our son absolutely loved her. He took to her straight away and was so happy and relaxed in her company. Seeing how comfortable he was with her gave us complete confidence to go out and actually enjoy ourselves without worrying, which meant a huge amount to us.”
