For me, the most important thing with a babysitter is that my children (4 and 1 years old) feel comfortable with them and are happy for me to leave, which both of them were. Carmen immediately sat down and began to do arts and crafts projects with my daughter. After she left my daughter asked me when she was going to come over to play again. We will definitely be hiring her again. ”

“Carmen had her work set out for her with Olson. Olson is 14 months and we hadn’t left him alone with a ‘stranger’ before, and he is definitely prone to separation anxiety. However, Carmen managed to keep Olson distracted and playing for most of her time with him. She stayed with him and kept an eye on him while he napped. Carmen is caring, kind and attentive. We would definitely try her again. Perhaps She was a little late, but was happy to make up the time at the end of the shift. ”
