I have known Bilge for 9 months approximately. We have even worked together every now and then, and I have referred her for working with KidSitter. She is kind, resilient, warm and willing to learn. Bilge also has a daughter, who I have met - she is a good mum. She is very reliable as far as I know her. I do not hear anything negative about Bilge and have no concerns about her at all [for childcare]
I've known Bilge for two years. She works as bank staff at nurseries, and she has come to the same setting as me on occasions. She is a very committed person with work. She had adjusted to the sector very well and attends well to the children's needs, including one-on-one care. She is certainly a trustworthy person She is very enthusiastic about her CPD's (professional development), which will help her in more settings. Other than that, she is perfect!
