I've known Emma for four years. She used to child mind my daughter from the age of two. She is very kind, very safety aware. She is also very allergy aware. She is very organised and can juggle multiple kids. She takes children on lovely outings, such as the Wetlands centre, and helps kids with their letters and numbers. She is absolutely trustworthy - if you can leave you child with somebody, you must absolutely trust them. She is punctual and does things with swan-like efficiency. She loves looking after children.

Emma has looked after 2 of my children at 1 and a half and then a newborn. She is a very warm and friendly person who’s easy going and flexible. I was happy to leave my children with her, you can tell she loves children by how she describes her day with them and how she plays with them. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about her, she is very dedicated and good at listening. She is very responsive to feedback and adaptable to her situation, having no problem looking after my kids who have allergies and cooking them nutritious meals. I never had any problems with her punctuality and if there ever was a problem, she was great at communicating about it with me.
