Alessandra I've known for about 3 years. She looks after my children and we also work together in the reception year of a school. She is incredible - she's amazing with children, so full of life and honestly she's a delight to work with too. My kids could give the reference - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my children. One of my kids has special needs also: ADHD and autism and she's so responsive to those needs. She is always reliable, both at work in the classroom and with my kids. I have no concerns about her whatsoever.
Alessandra works with us as a sessional playworker in our play centre, working with 4 to 12 years old. She is fabulous - engaging, good with the kids, very child-centred and she can work off her own initiatives. She's very helpful and is a very well-liked member of staff, She currently works full-time and when we need cover during term time. There are no safeguarding concerns with us. She is very punctual, in fact she is early every day. She's a very valued member of staff and anyone would be lucky to have her.
