Manuela was recommended by a friend as I really needed someone urgently and I must say that my experience is extremely positive. Manuela is reliable, serious, well organised and takes care of things with zero input. Manuela started covering for the nanny from time to time, but then she had sole charge. She picks them up from school, prepares dinner and gets them ready for bed. The kids are kept busy by playing, drawing, colouring and sometimes she coordinates play dates. I am very happy to have a responsible person looking after the children.
Manuela is absolutely amazing. I can say that I can fully rely on her. She is responsible, punctual, kind and definitely knows how to do her job. She puts kids at ease and keeps them entertained. She does colouring, outdoor activities and outings. I fully trust her abilities to look after children.
