Kirsty has looked after my two young boys many times. She is professional and gets the job done. She is really good with kids and connects with them on their level. She's young, but don't let her age limit what you think of her, her age is just a number. She is actually very mature and professional. She is punctual, turns up on time and even dresses professionally. I'd 100% recommend her for other families , and hope she gets the job.
