I have had the chance to observe Lenka in multiple interactions with children during her work as an Au pair as well as a nanny. In fact, working as an Au pair for a family that maintained a relationship of friendship with Lenka's family I was able to work with her in many occasions, as we planned activities and outings for the children of both families Lenka is patient and her caring nature make her a very suitable child-carer. Her gentle but firm approach to childcare allows her to develop very positive and nurturing relationship with the children, who very quickly show their affection for her. Lenka also has an extensive knowledge about children. I would very happily leave my children in the care of Lenka, having absolutely no doubt that they would be perfectly cared for as well as happy and engaged.

Lenka looked after my children (girl and boy) aged 9 and 3 years. She did all childminding duties, including preparing healthy meals, playing, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and going to thepark. Everyday Lenka would show initiative - during the holidays she would come up with a plan for the kids, taking them to museums, friends houses, different locations on the train etc.: Very caring, mature, and thoughtful . Lenka balanced being their friend whilst also being the responsible adult. Lenka does not panic and can handle almost any situation - she keeps a clear head always.
