In order to enjoy peace of mind for your family as well as for the travel nanny, we require you to purchase travel insurance for the nanny which would cover her for flight cancellations, lost baggage and any unanticipated health emergencies while traveling with you.

The following process outlines how you can hire a holiday nanny with KidSitter.
Please fill out the holiday nanny request form. This will give us a better understanding of your needs and expectations.
KidSitter will then send you a list of nanny profiles to review, along with pricing. Pricing varies based on hours, duties and location.
You can review this list of candidates and create your shortlist of 2-3 candidates.
After you’ve selected the shortlist, we will arrange a video interview with each of them. This will be your chance to get to know them and communicate your expectations and their duties. Equally this is also an opportunity for the nanny to ask you questions and to confirm her interest level.
Once you’ve selected your nanny, we will send you a one-page agreement to confirm everything.
Once you’ve signed the agreement, we will send you an invoice.
