About me
I have a wealth of experience of working with children and young people. As a teenager I was a babysitter between the ages of 14-20 for up to three children of between 3 and 14 years old. I am dedicated, reliable and enjoy building a great relationship with children. I have also worked in several safeguarding settings, including overnight stays. This has included for scout-style camps, university summer schools and the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme for young adults. As a result, I am used to having fun, calming down and dealing with challenging situations with children and teenagers.

As a result, Joanna is used to having fun, calming down and dealing with challenging situations with children and teenagers. She is also fluent in German.

I managed Joanna for a year and she was absolutely fantastic, lovely and a hard working. She is ambitious and went on to become a manager. Very personable and gets things done and in the event she gets stuck, she makes it her mission to find solutions. Her work ethics are outstanding. She is great with kids and any parent will be very lucky to have Joanna.
Jo is very outgoing, confident, passionate and enthusiastic. She’s been a senior mentor and look after 12 young people. It’s been great as she is caring and really looks after the kids. I find in Jo a great communicator. She is a really hard working woman and quite reliable. We are always delighted to have her around.
