I've known Ayesha for about a year. She works with me at the primary school. I'd say she's bubbly, reliable, very committed, always on-time and hard working. She always goes the extra step - she puts the children first, and extremely punctual She's never missed a day. I've seen her work with seven children with special needs and she's incredible. I don't have anything negative to say.

She is very hard working and has an excellent attitude. She stays late to complete necessary work. She is very committed, dedicated to her role and a 'people' person. She takes really good care of the children, which she particularly needs to do with special needs children.

A playful personality shows parents that you genuinely care about fostering a healthy, fun, and active environment for their children. Kids are high energy and are constantly on the go. A child carer needs to match that energy and must come prepared for however the day or night unfolds, to keep the children safe, and to pay attention to their children.
