I have known Jemerley for over ten years. We worked for the same organisation, and so I observed her when she was mentoring young people. These young people varied in age from primary age upwards. Jemerley is extremely approachable, very reliable and very child-centred. She has a good awareness of child development and I've seen children respond to her really well. She makes herself accessible, and she does this very naturally. She is also very diligent with safeguarding whilst also being able to play and have fun. She is reliable and trustworthy.
