Jemerley is very reliable and very efficient in completing tasks. She is always on time, never late, and gets the job done. All the parents and children really like her. I am her line manager in the nursery, and have known her for two years in total. She is quite bubbly generally, happy and she has a try-hard attitude. She works very hard and is highly recommended.

I have known Jemerley for over ten years. We worked for the same organisation, and so I observed her when she was mentoring young people. These young people varied in age from primary age upwards. Jemerley is extremely approachable, very reliable and very child-centred. She has a good awareness of child development and I've seen children respond to her really well. She makes herself accessible, and she does this very naturally. She is also very diligent with safeguarding whilst also being able to play and have fun. She is reliable and trustworthy. If I had children of a certain age, I would certainly entrust them in her care.
