Tamanna is my colleague at the primary school we both work at. She has a great personality - is very funny, kind and we are very close. She's reliable and honest and one of the TA's that the children are really comfortable with. She gets along with everyone. She is very punctual, much more punctual than I am. For primary school, we tend to cover a lot of age groups - but basically she works with reception to year 6, with a focus on year 5 and year 6 children (9-11 year olds). I would 100% recommend her, she's got a lot of experience, and great at what she does.

She's also very responsible and has a strong work ethic and she takes any role seriously and always puts in her best effort. Tamanna is someone you can count on. She’s honest, dependable, and always follows through on commitments. During the time we worked together, she consistently showed up prepared and was someone you could trust to handle any task responsibly. She is very creative and engaging when it comes to planning activities with children. She is great at arts and crafts, organising colouring or DIY projects that keep kids entertained while encouraging their creativity. For younger kids, she’s gentle and attentive, often using songs, sensory play, or imaginative games to keep them engaged in a nurturing way. So I would highly recommend Tamanna for any babysitting or childcare position. She is responsible, compassionate, and truly enjoys working with children. Her ability to connect with kids, keep them safe, and create a fun and structured environment makes her an ideal caregiver. Any family would be lucky to have her as a babysitter.
