Fernanda looked after my 17-month-old daughter, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She went far above and beyond what I expected, taking care of my little girl with so much warmth, patience, and genuine care. My daughter is usually very difficult when it comes to new people and takes a long time to settle, yet by day three she was completely comfortable and happy with Fernanda, which says everything about her approach and her natural ability with children. Fernanda has a calm, trusting, and reassuring aura that puts both parent and child at ease immediately. She is incredibly reliable, responsible, and thoughtful in everything she does. You can truly feel that she loves what she does, and any family would be lucky to have her. She will definitely be my go-to nanny anytime I'm in London or elsewhere. I can't recommend her highly enough, she is a truly lovely person and an exceptional carer.

I've known her for 3 years. She came to work with us as a family nanny and did everything, including cooking, driving our two children to school and back, taking them to activities. On many occasions, we left both kids and the house to her charge in full care for a few days at a time and she was amazing. We've since moved from Cardiff to the UAE. But she was so good that we've even had her travel out to the UAE to look after our kids here when we need. We've spent time with her as a family and she incorporated quite well with us. She is quite a positive person, very real, honest and timely. She likes to be organised and sticks to the schedule quite well. I've never had to change my schedule for her. She always manages to make everything work and is never late. Our children are 8 and 4, and she divides her time between the two really well. She has a good relationship with the kids. and also engages really well with the rest of our staff. When we left our children with her for the first time, it was the first time we had ever left the children with anyone, and I was quite shocked at how good it all went. She takes a keen interest in the children, their birthdays and comes out to see them. She is just really so good. I would completely recommend her for families looking for a travel nanny or a live-in nanny.
