Jamila is really, really good. I have nothing negative to say about her. She knows how to deal with childrem and has more skills than just childcare and teaching. She is a trained psychologist and play therapy. Jamila is my employee - I own and manage a number of nurseries. Jamila is highly professional, relates well to the children and parents, and is an excellent teacher, who I've known for five years. She teaches children of 3 years plus, and is managing the room, as well as being a special needs coordinator.

I've known Jamila from 2017. I was her tutor in the Early Years teacher programme. So I knew her in that capacity. She was very diligent. When I observed her with children, she was very good. She came across as very pleasant and professional, she was reliable and supported the children's earning effectively. She had very warm interactions with the children. My relationship with her was professional, and I understand she qualified successfully for her Early Years teaching.
