I am a fun and creative childcare professional with over 20 years’ experience working with children and families. I bring lots of energy, warmth and imagination to my work, and always provide a calm, safe and dependable presence. I have a background in art and drama, I love encouraging creativity through play, storytelling, crafts and games, and I’m happiest when children are laughing, learning and feeling confident to be themselves. At present Emily works with 11 students, but the classroom can range from 11-25 students. She works with 11-16 year old. She is reliable, trustworthy; I line managed her for nearly a year and I can say that she is always punctual. Really good with the kids. patient and helps with their development, especially the kids with special needs. She runs homework clubs, arts and crafts with some of them. That's her area of interest.
