About me

I am a fully qualified Primary Teacher currently teaching Year One. I am very kind, caring and supportive and value the importance of each child as an individual. I am reliable, punctual and adaptable for children and families different needs and requirements. When babysitting I take the time to sit and talk to the children and ensure they feel comfortable and safe.

References for Katherine

Katherine looked after 30 children of the ages 5 and 6 at the school. She is very kind, very caring, responsible and creative. She teaches English and Maths. She helped plan activities such as practical activities using resources, but she also taught foundation subjects in the afternoon, such as, Art and Geography. Would definitely recommend as a babysitter.

I have known Katherine for 3 years as a colleague, and this year as a teacher within my phase. She has a very caring personality and is a very approachable member of staff. She always ensures she provides comfort and warmth to all children and her current class adore and respect her. Katherine's dialogue with parents and other colleagues is excellent and she always ensures that she remains professional whilst maintaining a good rapport. Katherine is extremely organised and is very efficient with her time management. She is a real asset to our school- she tries her hardest in everything she does and is a joy to work with. She enjoys working with all ranges of children and teaching/supporting children comes very naturally to her.
