I've known her since last summer. She's lovely - really warm, helpful, polite and she has a nice personality. She's completely trustworthy and energetic too. She's excellent with my daughter, both in the daytime and in the evening. I've very comfortable with her. She's very engaged with my daughter.
Melissa worked for me last year looking after my two children who were 7 and 9. I interviewed a lot of people for a nanny and found Melissa to be really warm. As soon as she arrived, she was straight on the floor, engagaging with the children. She was very affectionate and looking after the children's best interests. She was a very maternal figure in my absence, which is what I wanted. She would always keep in touch about everything, even a grave on the knee. She always double-checked everyting. I very much recommend her - I have done so for other things and other parents.

About me
I am a bilingual nanny (Spanish and English) who is caring, nurturing, and reliable. I pride myself on being punctual, responsible, and creating a safe, happy environment where children can thrive. I truly enjoy working with children and supporting their development through play, creativity, and routine. I have experience caring for children from newborns up to 16 years old, and I adapt my approach to suit each child’s individual needs and personality. I studied Infant Development and hold training in Safeguarding (Level 4) as well as Hygiene and Food Handling (Level 2). This allows me to provide a safe, attentive, and well-informed standard of care.I feel confident supporting weaning, sleep training, and both establishing and maintaining daily routines that suit each child and family. As a mother of two, I also bring personal experience and a deep understanding of how important it is for families to feel confident and at ease with their childcare. In addition, I run a toddler and parent group in London, where I organise activities and support families in a warm and welcoming environment. I am passionate about working closely with families to provide loving, attentive care and to help children feel secure, happy, and encouraged every day.
